Review
The dusty air flows through the inlet tube to the preliminary cleaning stage of the cyclone filter, gaining a rotational spiral motion. Under centrifugal force, the dust particles are pressed against the walls, losing speed and rolling down into the collecting cone. Once the preliminary stage of dust separation (approximately 75%) is complete, the cleaned air flows to the second stage of air purification, the fine purification chamber, where the filter elements are located. The air permeates the filter material and flows into the purified air chamber. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere through an exhaust fan. The hoses are automatically cleaned of the dust by a regeneration system (self-cleaning). The dust separated from the air is fed into a collecting cone and discharged back into the technological flow or waste hopper through an air lock. Innovative approach to airflow When designing the Cal-JC filter cyclone, ATOMVENT used tangential inlet and airflow modeling to achieve preseparation, which means that large particles are separated from the airflow before passing through the filter media. The separated coarse particles do not reach the filter elements, which reduces the dust load, increases the filter service life, and makes it possible to work with high dust loads. Advanced filter materials High-quality filter elements filter all types of dust with an efficiency of 99.99%, ensuring a level of filtration that meets the regulatory requirements for maximum permissible emissions. Regeneration of filter elements The filter element regeneration system is classically designed for cleaning with compressed air pulses. The filter is equipped with venturi tubes, which ensure uniform, 50% more efficient cleaning of the filter elements. The filter operates longer and more consistently before replacing the filter elements. Controller The filter is equipped with a differential pressure controller that monitors the degree of contamination of the filter elements in real-time and activates the regeneration system only when necessary. Thanks to this, ATOMVENT bag filters reduce compressed air consumption, which saves energy and ensures more stable operating parameters of the dust collection system. Easy maintenance Each Gal-JC bag filter can be serviced through the top or side service door, allowing for greater flexibility in the installation location. The service platform and ladders make servicing the bag filter easy and completely safe. With a limited service distance to the roof, the filter can install separate filter frames, which reduces the required space for filter element changes by 2-3 times.

АТЕХ design

For safe operation when filtering explosive dust, ATOMVENT bag filters are available in explosion-proof versions: Explosion pressure relief: The ATEX version of the bag filter is equipped with an explosion venting panel that releases excess pressure and flame when the dust explodes. Flameless explosion venting – the filter can be optionally equipped with a flame arrestor for filtering the discharged flame, which makes it possible to release the explosion even indoors safely. The ATEX version of the filter is equipped with antistatic filter elements, grounded, and all external components are Ex. These measures make it possible to use the bag filter for filtration of explosive dust and to install it in explosive dust environments. Constructional strength Due to its cylindrical shape, the Gal-JC cyclone filter is highly resistant to vacuum and can be used in dust collection systems with a vacuum of up to 20 000 Pa
